Exporting a paranted Camera ++ URGENT++

Exporting a paranted Camera ++ URGENT++

Postby gindin » Sat Jun 14, 2008 10:47 am

I have a camera which is parented to a null and is animated just by animating the null.

When I try to export the cam, I either get no keyframes, or when I use the reduce keys option I get wrong keyframe. Seems like the cam own transformations keyframes.

===PLEASE===

I need URGENT help here. I was accounting on MAX2AE to do these things in this project & now I'm stuck.

Hello,

Try turning off "Maintain Heirarchy" and see if that helps.

Thanks,

Exporting a paranted Camera

Postby gindin » Sat Jun 14, 2008 1:01 pm

I tried both.

Both of them don't work properly.
Any ideas/workarounds.
Maybe something to change in max ?

Is it a feature that should work by design ?

Thanks

It was a hough file. I simply deleted everything except for the Cam, nulls & the helper planes.

No it works.

Is it a bug you are aware of ?
