MAX2AE - Rotation keys not imported to Max 9?

Just purchased MAX2Ae today so forgive if this is just something simple I am missing.

I have a simple AE scene with several layers that, as part of a camera fly through, rotate out of the camera path. There is no other movement on these layers.

I used the MAX2AE export script to create the BLI file.

In Max 9 (32 bit) I used MAX2AE to import the scene. All of the layers come in as expected and camera motion is correct. However, none of the layer rotations are imported.

I looked at the BLI file and the rotation key data for those layers is in the bli. It simply appears that it is not being read into Max 9.

I've even went ahead and created some other test AE comps (even simpler than the one I am actually working on), exported the BLI's, and all give the same results.

Am I just missing something here?

This is a bug which occurs when only one of the Axis has rotation information, but not the others. It will be fixed in the next maintence release (2.00C)
