Anomalies in AE -> 3dsmax

Hi

Im having troubles matching a AE scene in 3dsmax.
The AE scene consists of a animated camera that travels from paper to paper ( using videcopilot's suretarget script ).

We have to add 3d content to this scene and therefore tried to export a bli file using the blif_export.jsx script. But we're so far unable to get the camera right when we import the bli into 3dsmax.

Ive attached the relevant files for you guys to look into...

I replied to your email as well. In short, parenting your camera to the NULL layer is the culprit.

I am having the same issues. You say the parenting is the culprit. How can I get around it. In my case, doing the initial camera move in AE is the only workflow and I have to use the same suretarget script from videocopilot. I converted all the expressions on the camera into keyframes before exporting the .jsx file, but it still doesn't match up in Max.

Just wondering if anybody's figured out a work around when the camera is parented to an animated null in AfterEffects. Max2AE doesn't like it.
