Getting the Material Iterator to work?

I'm having some issues getting the Material Iterator working.
I'm following the https://youtu.be/qJI002iWGDY tutorial and I'm almost certain I had it working initially. Then it suddenly just stopped working.

I have 3 default vray materials set to different diffuse colors and those are the ones I'm choosing in the Material Iterator. But as shown in the video, it just ignores the Material Iterator completly. Using a material override seems to work fine.

Both the Max scene and the Vexus graph were created new. I didn't open a previous project.

Hello,

The issue was a caused (in part) by the use of spaces in the material name. This limitation and few other changes have been addressed in the new Version 3.12 which was released earlier today. We recommend replacing the material iterator in your scene with a new one.

I recently tried getting the newly updated Material Iterator to work, without any luck.

I then tried getting one of our programmers to come help me figure out why it didn't work.

It seems even though Vexus gives you a material list and you can define all the materials in the scene, when the Material Iterator is executed when submitting the scene, it can't find the materials in the Slate Editor. It was only able to locate the default scene materials and the materials in the Compact Editor.

We fixed the script by changing parts of it to this:
